Alter Friedhof Marzahn occupies a long, narrow strip of greenery with an avenue of lime trees. From the entrance on Landsberger Allee, the grounds extend parallel to Allee der Kosmonauten towards Bärensteinstraße. The cemetery closed to burials in 1974.
