Parking at the cemetery
Parking is available on the grounds. Public on-street parking spaces are available on Scharnweberstraße. These spaces are free of charge. Maximum stay one hour: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 08:00–14:00. Check the current signs on site.

For an existing grave, contact the North regional administration on +49 30 4554742. Have the name and, if possible, year of death ready and request the section, row and grave number.

Allocation of grave rights
No new plots are allocated. Further burials are limited to existing graves in sections that have not been closed.
Resting period
Under the church cemetery law, the resting period is at least 20 years; local cemetery rules may specify a longer period. Ask the administration for the applicable period and the term of the grave-use right.
Costs and cemetery fees
Example charges: coffin burial €753; burial of an urn in the ground €171. Grave-use rights are charged separately. A chapel ceremony of up to 30 minutes costs €146, plus €48 for each further started ten-minute period. A memorial and agreed care may add to the total. Ask the administration for the complete calculation.

History and distinctive features
Dorotheenstädtischer Friedhof III was established on Scharnweberstraße in Reinickendorf in 1894. Its historic buildings include the cemetery inspector’s house, designed by W. Vollmer in the same year. This is a separate site from the Dorotheenstädtischer cemeteries on Chausseestraße and Liesenstraße.
